2 ) Guild history. Tell us about your current and previous guilds / servers.

I have only been in two Norwegian guilds. The first one was just a really casual norwegian guild.
Later on we fused this guild with the current guild named "LFG Korrak" to raid Naxx, and other 25 mann raids.
I have not played on any other servers, nor guilds.

3 ) Why do you want to leave your current guild / left your last guild, may we contact them?

The reason why I want to leave my current guild; LFG Korrak is because of the raids. Even thou it's summer vacation
some players in the guild doesn't take raiding serious enough,
and instead of raiding to take down bosses it becomes a wipe-feast all day long.
Currently we have problems with players in the guild, there are some really skilled and impressive players in the guild,
and of course we have those who aren't so skilled which makes it so much harder than it is to complete something.
Another reason why I leave the guild is because of the DKP system in LFG Korrak.
The system makes it impossible for new members to climb up the system. Personaly I am at the top of dkp for my class and token,
but I still feel sorry for my friends that joined the guild but can't get any loots because of a screwed up system.
The last reason why I want to leave my current guild is because I am mainly a healer in the guild, and they want me to heal
since we lack healers. But I kinda want to play dps. But still I have to step in as healer to make a raid possible.

 - Classic Raids: None, had a brother playing vanilla wow and i've watched him MT MC ZG etc.
 - TBC Raids: none
 - WotLK Raids: Lvl 80 holy/retri paladin - Naxxramas10/25, Sartharion10/25, EoE10/25, Ulduar10 at Yogg-Saron, Ulduar 25 killed Hodir wiping at Freya / Thorim

5 ) How long have you been playing your character?

I have been playing my characher Azukii for several mounths, im unsure of the exact time ive started playing. But currently I have 69 days 17 hours played on azukii.

6 ) Tell us about your spec! (Please include a link to your character's Armory profile.)

    * What is your preferred spec and why?

My Prefered speck is Retri. That is because im quite tired of healing all the time And I think it's really fun to play this spec.
   
 * Do you enjoy this spec and see yourself playing it full-time? Joining a raiding guild means sticking to one spec for raiding nights.

I really do like the retri speck, and the ability to dps. I find it much more amusing to compete against the other dps'ers.
    * Do you have an offspec you enjoy?
It's not like I really enjoy to heal, but I can always step in as a healer if needed!

7 ) Optional: can you provide us with a link to a WWS report that showcases your raid performance? (Preferably a WWS of a 25-man WotLK raid.) If your current guild doesn't use WWS, you can generate a report yourself.

Ive never used WWS so I can't :/

8 ) What do you want out of this game?

I want to have fun playing with other ppl and getting to know them.
I also play this game because of the teamwork and the ability to communicate with other players with the same interrest as me.

9 ) Why do you want to join IAE? What do you expect from IAE as a guild?

I have heard good words of IAE from my friends that is in the guild; Beeboo, Beebee, itadakimasu.
They told me how impressive the raid is organized and the 25 man raids gave good results.
Ive recently heared that IAE was recruiting meele dps, and I thought this was my time to shine
I just expect IAE to be a guild that doesn't think that a good raid is one they wipe alot of times on things that should be easily done.
And I expect the guild to do progress.



10 ) Why should we recruit you? Aside the fact that we may need your class, why would we recruit you, what do you have to offer us?

The things I have to offer you is my solid focus, and the fact that I am quite reliable person
who usually help guildies when needed. If I do anything wrong I usually do something with it, and I'll learn from my mistakes.
So if I do something wrong, please frame me

11 ) Who referred you to IAE, or how did you hear about us? Do you know anyone in the guild?

Beeboo, beebee, itadakimasu referred me to join this guild.

12 ) What is your availability. Days and times which you are able to raid.

Tbh, it is quite hard for me to tell u when I am available, because I am a student with a part time job.
But I will be able to make spot for minimum two raids a week. But it's summer vacation now,
so for now I can attend most of the raids

13 ) Extra information: any information that could be useful for us to process your application is always appreciated. Any relevant information you'd like to share such as professions, alts, or other gaming experience.

I have 1 alt that I am currently levling as a elemental shaman named: Gisus (78 atm).
Other information is that I am a max skilled alchemist (Elixir master) and am currently levling BS.

Thank you so much for all your replies! But Im truly sorry that I bothered all of u with this apply, because I have to decline the trial.
The reason for this is because one of my top reasons to leave my current have been removed after they impressed me at the last raid where we downed 3 new bosses. Im truly sorry for have bothered you!

And yea, they still want me to heal there because we really lack healers in the guild. And im quite afriaid that if I would leave the % of a possible raid for LFK will be reduced. But I will always consider to join try out a trial in AIE if LFG turns out to not being the place i belong

Well some of my friends and me wanted to be alitle more serious about the raids so we left LFG Korrak because we were kinda tired that over half the guild had to be " carried " by the more skilled ones in raids. That burden keeps us away from the progress we wants so me, and my friends really want to give IaE a good shot

After my apply ive even got more experience; Ive cleared Uld 25, cleared Uld 10; ( XT, Hodir, Thorim, Freya hardmodes ). Ive also done ToC 25 man, exept from the twin valkyier boss.

Btw, This time applying I want to try to apply as an healer, because I know I do a good jobb as a healer. But of course I can also play retri

Why do you apply as a healer when you first said you didn't like healing? Will you not start to dislike raiding like this soon?

Ye I know it's kinda confusing, but I didn't actually say I disliked healing; I was just so tired of it, but after the new patch they made some changes within the paladin healing.
And after the new patch ive almost only been raiding as a healer and I feel that it is what im best at. So now I only play retri when I am not raiding etc. Or when they need dps instead of healing in raids etc.
