1 ) Personal information
Name: Glynn Williams
Age: 30
Gender: male
Nationality: British
2 ) Guild history. Tell us about your current and previous guilds / servers.
2 main raiding guilds:
Asylum (Nagrand) cleared all t4, most of t5 content. GM then quite the game as we were making good progress in BT. Guild fell apart and moved to:
Heretic (Nagrand) the rest of my raid experience comes from here. I have been in the guild for over a year now and had a great time until our GM stepped down. I have not felt at home with the changes and the increase in raiding schedule does not suit my real life activities.
3 ) Why do you want to leave your current guild / left your last guild, may we contact them?
see above
4 ) List your raid experience on your main character and possible previous mains, where applicable (10/20/25/40 man):
- Classic Raids: only done at 70 so not worth talking about
- TBC Raids: all content cleared at 70 inc swp (2/6 before lol patch then went onto server first KJ kill)
- WotLK Raids: all T7 content cleared inc sarth 3D
Ulduar: 13/14 (3/9 hardmodes + a few of the semi difficult modes like Yogg +3 and Knock on wood)
TotC: clear on both 10 and 25 man
TotGC: 4/5 on 10 man and 3/5 on 25
5 ) How long have you been playing your character?
ca. 2 years, I only have one other 80 which is a DK and she is used mainly as a bank alt
6 ) Tell us about your spec! (Please include a link to your character's Armory profile.)
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Nagrand&n=Bogfog• What is your preferred spec and why?
Holy, I like the reactive nature of healing.
• Do you enjoy this spec and see yourself playing it full-time? Joining a raiding guild means sticking to one spec for raiding nights.
I levelled from 20-80 as holy have only ever raided as holy
• Do you have an offspec you enjoy?
I have an ok ret set (4 pc T8 and some other random ulduar/naxx bits)
7 ) Optional: can you provide us with a link to a WWS report that showcases your raid performance? (Preferably a WWS of a 25-man WotLK raid.) If your current guild doesn't use WWS, you can generate a report yourself.
http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/FR0gdj4nZK7vajz8/sum/damageDone/8 ) What do you want out of this game?
The desire to push myself and learn new encounters brings me back week after week
9 ) Why do you want to join IAE? What do you expect from IAE as a guild?
I won't make any suck up comments because I know very little about Iacta Alea Est. I do however, really like the look of your raid schedule (three/four nights a week that are all good nights for me).
10 ) Why should we recruit you? Aside the fact that we may need your class, why would we recruit you, what do you have to offer us?
An active player with lots of end game experience. My last guild was at about the same level as yourselves so there is no need to carry me through any content.
11 ) Who referred you to IAE, or how did you hear about us? Do you know anyone in the guild?
I saw your post on WoW forums
12 ) What is your availability. Days and times which you are able to raid.
can do any three nights from the following: Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. I get home from work 19.05 (server time) so would miss the start of invites but I am prepared to get raid ready the night before and park my character up outside the instance so as to avoid late raid starts.
13 ) Extra information: any information that could be useful for us to process your application is always appreciated. Any relevant information you'd like to share such as professions, alts, or other gaming experience.
Professions are JC and blacksmithing (both 450/450)
All secondary professions are maxed
Sorry it's a little brief. As this is a cross realm application I have created a level 1 paladin on Tarren mill (also called bogfog) should anybody want to chat in game.
